I have cooked all my life, but three years ago I decided to go to culinary school to professionalise my knowledge. I graduated from the Art Institute of California Los Angeles in June 2002 and have worked extensively in the catering business ever since.

I have done many sit down dinners for up to 30 guests.

I have done wonderful and exciting cocktail parties for 60 guests and more.

I have done scrumptious buffets for up to 70 people.

I have done children's birthday parties, which are always a delight.

And I have done some very delicious dinners, just for two. Very romantic and intimate.

I like to do all the cooking myself, this way I am sure it is always done right and I add that little extra love that is so important with food.
